Agreement for YouTube Optimization Report:

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Thrive Anyway, Inc, referred to as "Provider," and the undersigned customer referred to as "Client."

1. Services Provided:

Provider agrees to perform a YouTube Optimization Report for the designated YouTube channel and one uploaded video, provided it is in public status.

Intake Application and Report Delivery:

Client shall complete the Intake application within 14 days of purchase and provide all necessary information, including channel and video links. Upon receipt of the complete application, Provider will deliver a PDF of the YouTube Optimization Report within 14 days.

Report Review Call:

The client is responsible for scheduling a 60-minute private and recorded Zoom call to review the report's findings and recommendations. The call must be scheduled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the PDF Report. If the call is canceled, the client must reschedule and complete it within 60 days to retain eligibility for the review. Extensions for completing the call beyond 60 days may be granted upon request. Failure to reschedule within the stipulated timeframe or to request an extension may result in the forfeiture of the service fee.

Implementation Responsibility:

Client acknowledges that the report includes suggestions for optimizing the YouTube channel. The client is solely responsible for implementing the suggested changes. Client may also choose to contract with Fran Asaro for assistance in updating the channel as per the recommendations.

Payment and Refunds:

Payment for the YouTube Optimization Report is non-refundable. Client satisfaction is guaranteed, and the Provider is committed to delivering a high-quality report. Results are not guaranteed as it is up to the client to implement optimization suggestions.

Referral Fee:

Client may refer others to purchase the YouTube Optimization Report. A referral fee of $25 will be provided to the Client for each successful referral.

Disclaimer and Exclusivity:

The YouTube Optimization Report is based on the current information available at the time of its delivery. The report is subject to potential changes by YouTube, and Provider cannot be held responsible for such changes. The report is solely based on Provider's experience and expertise.

Confidentiality:

The report provided is confidential and exclusive to Fran Asaro of Senior Tuber, a division of Thrive Anyway, Inc. It shall not be shared with any third party without explicit permission from Provider.
